私たちは大きな問題を抱える人たちの力になります。
私たちはわれわれが直⾯しているグローバルな社会課題（環境問題、貧困や⽣活不安、⽣命や健康の維持・向上など）に積極的にかかわり、主体的に⾏動を起こすグローバル・シチズンシップ（地球市民）マインドをもった次世代リーダーの育成に取り組んでいます。そのひとつの問題解決プロジェクトとして現在は主にRace4Good（lindacruse.com）という活動のサポートをしています。

We are working to develop leaders of the next generation with global citizenship mindset, who will proactively take actions to address global social issues (environmental problems, poverty and insecurity, maintenance and improvement of life and health, etc.) that we are facing.One of the problem-solving projects we are currently supporting is Race4Good (R4G lindacruse.com ).

リンダは20年以上、どこにも定住せず、スーツケース⼀つの⽣活を送ってきた国際的な⼈道主義者であり、リーダーシップコーチです。リンダは、フロントラインでの豊富な経験をもとに、未来のリーダーを育てながら、私たちが直⾯している重要な問題の解決を図るプログラムRace4Goodの創設者であり、このプログラムを積極的に世界中で展開しています。私たちは、リンダのこの活動に⼤いに共感し、このグローバルなリーダーシッププログラムを⽇本の学校や企業で展開していきます。Collaboration with Linda Cruse: Race4Good in Japan
Linda is an international humanitarian, leadership coach who has lived out of a suitcase for over 20 years. She is the Founder of the Race4Good, a global program that uses her extensive front-line experience to solve critical issues facing all of us, while developing future leaders. We are very much in sympathy with Linda's work and will be expanding this global leadership program to schools and businesses in Japan.
