2022年Raec4Goodに玉川学園が日本の学校として初めて参加
総勢４３名の生徒が３チームに分かれ、6大陸、世界９か国、約３００名、１８チームとの6週間のリーグ対抗戦に挑戦。最終戦でボナンザチームが優勝。
ABOUT RACE4GOOD
Race4Goodとは？
楽しくスピード感のある６週間のオンラインプログラムで、
若い人たちが社会的な責任感と世界的な観点を身につけます。
世界中の優秀な学⽣の頭脳が、その教育と知性を駆使して、現実の問題を解決し、その地域に住む弱い家族を助けるべく競います。社会の重要な問題について深く考え、その家族そしてそのコミュニティ（地域社会）によって判断された最も持続可能なアイディアを、実⾏に移します。参加者は、⾃ら変化を起こすことで、問題解決に貢献できることを体感します。このプログラムは、若い⼈たちに現在の最⼤の問題を解決しながら社会的な 責任感を育み、⾃分たちのことだけではなくグローバルシチズン（地球市民）としての世界的な観点をもつ未来のリーダーを育てます。
What's RACE4GOOD?
A six-week online leadership programme.
One that is fun, fast, educational and highly competitive race.
The best and brightest students are challenging globally by using their education and intelligence to help solve real problems and help vulnerable families living in the part of the world. They think deeply about important social issues and the best sustainable idea which was judged by the family and their community are implemented. The participants will experience how they can contribute to solving problems by making their own changes.This program to foster a sense of social responsibility in young people while solving today's biggest problems, and develop the leaders of tomorrow with a global view that goes beyond themselves as global citizens.
PROGRAM
レースの進め方
あらゆる⼤陸から参加した学⽣によるチーム対抗戦。従来の北極に加えて、南極、ヒマラヤの3つの地域の学生たちとともに課題解決に臨みます。最終選考でもっとも優れた持続可能なアイディアを出したチームが優勝し、そのアイディアは数⽇以内に実⾏に移されます。How does RACE4GOOD progress?
Students from all continents will compete against each other in a team competition to solve three challenges. In the final round, the team with the best and most sustainable ideas as judged by the local community will be selected as a winner, and their ideas are implemented within days.
